Additional information

Notification of change of directors should be filed with the registrar within 30 working days of the change.

The registry officer examine the document and assist the applicant to fill the form and issue advice form if the forms are correct.

For appointment of new director, the newly appointed have to fill form 8 and attach a certified copy of id document, to consent to act as a company director.

If the applicant is an agent, he/she must attach power of attorney.
