Additional information

The assistant processing officer assist the applicant to apply for change of company directors on-line and submit the forms to be reviewed and approved by the registry officer.

The newly appointed director must attach his/her a certified copy of his/her identity document and also fill consent form to act as a company director.

For termination of director, passport copy is not needed.

After payment, the registry officers at OBFC reviews the application. If some revisions are required, the officer sends a notification to the applicant (5 working days to revise).

The application takes between 1 to 5 working days to be approved.
