The architects fills all the relevant information online. He/she uploads the lease, the cadastral plan and the architectural drawing. He/she pins the location of the project on a map made available online by the portal.

The portal generates a reference number for the application. The architect will use it to monitor online the processing of the application by the different stakeholders. (There is no email notification).
