The OSS data entry service is a self-service unit where the applicant can get connected to the import and export system (the system is not available online, the applicant needs to connect from an OBFC computer where the IT system is locally installed).
He/she fills his/her application online for the import permit and prints it out (pre-filled) to sign it. The applicant needs some of the information of the invoice to fill the application. An application number will be automatically generated by the system.
The applicant attach the affidavit,he/she make an oath and declare that the imported goods will be for personal use only, not for sale.
