Additional information

The assistant processing officer assist the applicant to apply for change of main business address online and submit the forms for review and approval by the registry officer.

The applicant will receive email notification once the officer submit his/her application.

The address for service or main business of a company shall be the same place that is described as such on the register of companies at all time

Board may change the registered office of company at any time and notice the registrar

The address for service shall be company registered office or other place described as such in the registrar 's register, not be a postal office box or private bag.
