Additional information

The applicant need to publish a notice of change of main business address in 3 consecutive editions of a national newspaper widely circulating in Lesotho.

Within the 21 working days of the change, the applicant need to file application for change of main business address with the registrar.

Notice by the company shall be published in any one of the official languages.The size of the notice in the newspaper be at least 9cm length and 9cm width (double classified).

The company which fails to comply with section 83 of the act shall be fined 5000 by the registrar
