Additional information

Within the 21 working days of the change, the applicant need to file application to change the company registered office address with the registrar.

The applicant need to publish a notice of change of registered office in 3 consecutive editions of a national newspaper widely circulating in Lesotho and through electronic media including radio station with national coverage during prime time for at least 3 consecutive days.

Notice by the company shall be published in any one of the official languages.The size of the notice in the newspaper be at least 9cm length and 9cm width (Double classified).
