Additional information

The Maseru City Council will provide the health inspection service only if the applicant has paid all the municipal taxes (property rate, municipal fees) if any.

The municipal services clearance certificate is usually issued to the landlord, but any applicant willing to pay the municipal taxes can get it if he/she provides a sublease agreement or proof that the landlord paid the municipal service fees.
